All non-engraved orders* placed between November 15th and December 24th 2011 can be returned for a full refund if returned by January 31st, 2012.

Shimmer & Stone Jewelry proudly stands behind the quality of our jewelry, but, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase - for any reason - return it in its original, unused condition within 30-days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping & handling or replace it - no questions asked.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: Engraved or personalized jewelry CANNOT be returned. If an item is incorrectly engraved or received structurally damaged, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.

30-day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed through our risk-free 30-day money-back return policy which has been modified for the 2009 holiday season as follows:

  • You have 30-days from the day you receive your order in which to return it if you are not completely satisfied.
  • This money back guarantee covers all jewelry and accessories purchased from Shimmer & Stone except for jewelry that has been engraved or personalized.
  • Engraved, personalized or custom made jewelry and accessories CANNOT be returned.
  • Refunds will ONLY be issued if the items returned are received undamaged, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. If a return is received with visible signs of wear, or damage the item will be shipped back to you and you will not be issued a refund.
  • Your refund will be for the total purchase price of all returned items. Shipping and related import duties or import taxes will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment source utilized to make the purchase.

How to make a return:

Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Every order has a packing slip enclosed. On the back of your packing slip is your Return/Exchange form. Please complete this form and enclose it with your return.

Pack Your Return: Pack your return (and it's original packaging) either in the same cardboard shipping box or in another box and enclose your completed Return/Exchange form.

Ship Your Return: Ship your return back to us using a traceable, insured method e.g. UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (Express Mail or Priority Post with tracking), so we have record of receipt of your return.

30-Day Exchange Policy

Shimmer & Stone extends all our customers 30-days (from the day of delivery) to make an exchange of their complete or partial order (i.e. chain size, bracelet size).

Complete Exchange: If you change your mind and wish to have a completely different item to what you received, you can send back your order for a full exchange. If there is a difference in price between the items being exchanged you will be charged or credited for the difference.

Partial Exchange: Often customers may select an incorrect chain size when they place their order. You can exchange it for the correct size, by detaching the chain from it's pendant and sending it back for a partial exchange.

Exchanges will be shipped back to you FREE OF CHARGE.

How to make an exchange:

Email or Call Customer Service: Email or call customer service with your order number (or zip code) and inform us of your intent to make an exchange so we can verify that the item you want is available and in stock so it can be held for you.

Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Complete the Return/Exchange Form found on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order.

Pack Your Exchange: If you are making a complete exchange for a completely different item, please enclose your item and it's packaging (please make sure that the item you are sending back is damage free, unworn, and unused) into a shipping box with your Return/Exchange from. If you are making a partial exchange (e.g. chain size), wrap the item being sent back in tissue and place it in a shipping box with your completed Return/Exchange form.

Ship your Exchange: Ship your exchange to us through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service (Please use a method that includes tracking such as express mail or priority post).
